Bunn coffee makers: The My Cafe Brewer Model

Author: admin  //  Category: Drinks

Bunn coffee makers being the most popular manufacturer of restaurant coffee makers as well as of home models in this country and elsewhere, the very name Bunn (or Bunn O Matic, an alternative brand name) has become a household name, and not only on this side of the Atlantic! In Europe, Bunn successfully competes with Newco Coffee Makers, an English brand, and with all other European manufacturers of coffee equipment.

One of the models currently most popular is Bunn’s My Café Brewer, loved among other ways for its fabulous speed. It takes the fastest route to get from an empty cup to a delicious brimming, steaming “cuppa.” It uses a single serve process (i.e. serves coffee “for the whole family” all at once) and boasts the maximum compatibility with all the different brands of 1-serve coffee-pods, also giving you the ability to select the brew strength that you desire – a unique and rather fascinating feature that we find to be especially winning since coffee strength is not only about caffeine content but also about plain old taste and flavor. And strong coffee types (do you offer 4 shots of espresso in cappuccino) will be hard pressed to find a model that offers as much control in the brew strength department.

Sometimes one dreams of a synthetic, universal Bunn coffee maker model. For example, if one had My Café combined with another popular Bunn appliance, one could have all the advantages of My Cafe and its awesome looks fused with the technical innovations of such a relatively homely model, the GRX Brewer, with its automatic “vacation switch” (because, yes, I have more than once left coffee machines on in the past when leaving on vacation, and thank God they don’t cause fires anymore!).
